Domaine Jeannin-Naltet 2017 Vieilles Vignes (Mercurey)

With vines averaging 35 years in age, this vineyard lies in the village of Mercurey, where vines grew before the Romans arrived. It has produced a fresh, crisp wine, with bright red-cherry fruits and plenty of acidity. The wine will benefit from another year in bottle, so drink from 2020. Roger Voss
