An 80-20 blend of Grenache and Mourvèdre sourced entirely from Châteauneuf-du-Pape's sandy soils, this is an exceptionally supple, silk-textured wine that thrills with lifted mineral freshness. Black cherry and blueberry flavors are deeply ripe but pristine and linger long amid fine, feathery tannins. Stunning already but should improve through 2030 and hold longer still. Anna Lee C. Iijima
