Produced by the Lavau family, this is an intensely concentrated, lavish blend of Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault and Mourvèdre sourced from a diversity of Rasteau terroirs. Flavors of plum compote and blackberry preserves are accented by anise, smoke and granite tones. The finish is framed by firm, persistent tannins. Ready now but should drink well through 2030.
