Domaine Pascal Bouchard 2018 Fouchaume Premier Cru Les Vieilles Vignes (Chablis)

A lifted note on the shy nose of this wine hints at ripeness, while a hit of ripe lemon zest promises freshness. The palate delivers both, with the rounded ripeness of pear and Mirabelle plus aromatic freshness that recalls crunchy greengage and ripe lemon. The finish is lasting, balanced and dry.
