Rounded and full, it's firmly in the tropical fruit Sauvignon Blanc camp. It is rich, softly textured and ripe. The warm fruits are well balanced with a line of acidity to keep a good element of freshness. Apud Sariacum was the Latin name of Raimbault's village of Sury-en-Vaux. Roger Voss
