Slightly more concentrated and structured than the Jaboulet's regular bottling of Crozes-Hermitage, the 2007 Nouvelère features fresh cherry and berry fruit admirably supported by hints of oak. It's medium to full in body, with soft tannins and a slightly dusty finish. Drink now–2020.
