Domaine Robert Klingenfus 2016 Bruderthal Grand Cru Pinot Gris (Alsace)

A very fragrant nose suggests ripe juicy pear and full-fruited pleasure. The palate obliges with gentle, pure and very inviting fresh notes of both green and yellow pear. The juiciness sits well and initially belies the undeniable power at the core of this wine. It wears its concentrated fruit and measured balanced with great charm. The finish is off dry and very refreshing. Anne Krebiehl MW
