Domaine Saint-André 2018 Folie d' Inès White (Vin de Pays des Collines de la Moure)

Heady notes of charred vanilla bean, dill and biscuit accent pineapple and pear in this plump, profoundly creamy white. A blend of 80% Viognier and 20% Roussanne fermented and aged in French oak, it's an opulent, richly embellished wine that finishes with a cling of sweet cream and delicate tannins. An apt pairing for cheese or scallops in a butter sauce best enjoyed now–2025. Anna Lee C. Iijima
