This is the first rosé in the winery's expanding sparkling wine program. Aged over four years, including 44 months en tirage, it was disgorged in the fall of 2019. A blend of of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, it is scented with lavender and shows flavors of plum, seltzer, cherry and white chocolate. The bracing acidity is refreshing, and despite its generous aging program, the wine remains youthful and impeccably fresh. Paul Gregutt
