This is the first demi-sec in the winery's expanding sparkling wine program. Aged over four years, including 44 months en tirage, it was disgorged in the fall of 2019. A blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, it leans into flavors of tangerine and apricot accented by flowers. Though labeled demi-sec, it's not so sweet that it can't work with a wide variety of appetizers and entrées. Paul Gregutt
