There is little sense in using the confusing French system in which wines labeled extra dry are actually sweet—yet here it is. Seemingly twice as sweet as Domaine Ste. Michelle's brut, this hints at tropical and stone fruits, made more in a California style than the rest of the lineup. A good choice for blending in cocktails and mimosas.
