With a nutty flavor fresh apples and pears and a touch of honey, this is a delicious wine. It is full of ripe fruit that has not lost its crisp, cool character. The wine has a mineral edge that gives it a fine tang as well as a tight texture. It's fresh although there are indications of bottle age which means it is ready to drink.
