The second wine of Château Rieussec is faithful to the rich, opulent style of the grand vin. The marmalade and apricot flavors are full, forward and rich, given some piquancy by the honey and noble rot. It is still likely to age over 3–5 years, but in a half-bottle is ready to drink now.
