Trust the monks to plant this impressively exposed vineyard in the heart of Givry. The wine has the rich fruitiness of the appellation along with some fine firm tannins and a dense structure. It is concentrated—the almost jammy black fruits balanced by the acidity. The wine is certainly going to age well, so drink from 2019.
