A whiff of pear eau de vie introduces this full-bodied yet freshly balanced dry Riesling. Lemon, yellow-peach and tart-tangerine flavors are cutting and spry on the palate, accented by hints of white pepper and a lingering grapefruit pith finish. An elegant white that's approaching peak just now but likely to gain depth well through 2030. Anna Lee C. Iijima
