By and large, this is a good Priorat to drink or hold, because it should still improve. Both the bouquet and palate are oaky and fiery, with cherry, raspberry and vanilla flavors. On the finish, things turn buttery before settling on rooty and staunch. The more air this gets, the more it comes around. Drink now through 2018.
