This is a really nice and easy to enjoy Priorat with pure strawberry and plum aromas, mild toast accents, bacon and vanilla on the nose. The mouthfeel is tight and right, with good structure and ripe flavors of plum, cassis, herbs, spice and vanilla. It's flavor-packed and just complex enough. Drink now–2017. Only 250 cases made.
