Gold in color, this Cava displays a distinct aroma of arugula or lettuce along with cream soda. It's foamy and soft on the palate, with a mix of bitter, toasty flavors as well as baked apple. Yeasty tasting yet bitter on the finish. Tasted twice; this reflects the better of two samples.
