This dense wine from Bierzo is rich, chocolaty and reticent in its delivery of black-fruit aromas. The round, pure palate is rich and easy to like, while flavors of baked berry, earth and chocolate lead to a chewy, round finish that's friendly but structured and substantive. Drink through 2017.
