Don Julio Anejo 100% Blue Agave NOM 1449 CRT

Initial aromas of dill, brine and bitter green vegetables but the bouquet becomes muted with aeration. The palate entry is a tad sharp and acidic, but that smoothes out at midpalate as tastes of honey, saltwater taffy and pickles take charge. Ends spirited and pungent. P.P.
