This 60-40 blend begins with creamy chocolate and vanilla aromas atop standard-fare red fruit. Flavors of rhubarb, cherry and pepper exert themselves on the woody, peppery palate. The weakness here is a thin middle; things start out solid and then shorten rapidly.
