From 98% Roussanne and 2% Viognier, Venus delights in honey, jasmine and lemon zest, given time in both stainless steel and neutral oak. Crisp and light, it also offers complex herbal undertones, the fruit coming from relatively cool sites in Bennett Valley and the Russian River.
