This wine is playful and aromatic in apple blossom and wet slate. The palate is lean and muscular with lots of minerality and alpine- cheese notes, bolstered by just a hint of apple-juice fruitiness. The acidity is refreshing and lively without being overpowering, and the long finish is a delightful combination of those apple and cheese characteristics. Layla Schlack
