Dr. Konstantin Frank 2017 Blaufränkisch (Finger Lakes)

Aromas of allspice and vanilla-soaked cherry are at the fore of this wine. This is rounded and silky on the palate, with juicy red cherry propped up by firm, fine tannins and plenty of zesty acidity. It's a bit lacking in concentration but is enjoyable for its immediate appeal. Alexander Peartree
