Dracaena 2017 Cabernet Franc (Paso Robles)

Focused aromas of blackberry paste, crushed peppercorns and a hint of oak are clean and inviting on the nose of this bottling. The mouthfeel is creamy at first before tannins rise up to provide structure, as flavors of roasted berry, leather and pepper show. It is rich, but with character. Matt Kettmann
