Draxton 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon (Dry Creek Valley)

With a wealth of cherry, cassis, mocha and sandalwood flavors, this is one of the best Dry Creek Cabernets in recent memory. The rich flavors are wrapped into firm, dry tannins that give the mouthfeel a fine grippiness. There's no reason to age this beauty, but it will hold for a good six years.
