Fermented and aged entirely in neutral French oak, this easy-sipping Chardonnay has a refreshing aromatic combination of lime, jasmine and a slice of a cold, crisp Newtown Pippin apple. The mouthfeel is creamy and full, possibly the result of malolactic fermentation. The equally creamy flavors include with pineapple sherbet, meringue and agave nectar. Michael Alberty
