Dunham 2002 VIII Cabernet Sauvignon (Columbia Valley (WA))

It's 100% Cabernet, sappy, supple, silky and lush. It coats the palate and saturates the tongue with wild berries and black cherries. The oak is well-integrated and the extra time in bottle has melded it all together. Some lovely spice comes into the finish, along with coconut, vanilla cream and chocolate. Thoroughly delicious.
