The eleventh edition of Dunham's signature Cabernet is a tight, polished wine, pure varietal and tasting of black raspberry, black cherry and cassis fruit. The tannins offer some leafy black tea flavors and just a hint of smoke and tar. It's structured with the tight and compact acids that suggest cellaring the wine for up to a decade.
