This is a new entry from Chile, which blends three-quarters Cab with Merlot to fine results. There's a veneer of toasty oak on the solid nose, which features black cherry at the base. The fruit is bright and berry-driven, while chocolate and refreshing acids work the finish. A step up from the so-called “value blend.” Imported by Cellar Door by Pacific Wine Partners.
