Peach blossoms, seared orange, jasmine and other white flowers show very strongly on the nose of this wine by veteran Gary Eberle. The palate is ripe with honeysuckle, pears and cooked apples. It's a bit fat in the middle, but texturally focused on the edges with pinpoint acidity.
