Eberle 2019 Côtes-du-Rôbles Blanc White (Paso Robles)

Strong aromas of banana, lemon peel and pineapple cream are ripe but clean on the nose of this blend of 43% Grenache Blanc, 43% Roussanne and 14% Viognier. There's just enough tension on the sip, which cuts into the creamy mouthfeel and rich flavors of pineapple and sea salt. Matt Kettmann
