Notions of dried corn husk, hazelnut and gentle smoke rise from the glass. With more air, the nose gets more intense and smokier. The palate is intense in its freshness, its smokiness and its creaminess, combining flavors of lemon zest and corn husk. This is bold but fresh and insistent, with a lingering, lemony creaminess. Drink 2025–2040. Anne Krebiehl MW
