Ebner-Ebenauer 2019 Ried Bürsting Grüner Veltliner (Niederösterreich)

While this wine's nose takes quite a lot of air and swirling to wake up, it presents a fine floral notion aligned to bright pear. The palate is equally secretive, holding back its essential savoriness amidst a generous layer of yeasty creaminess, pithy texture and salty depths. This is generous but fine-boned and elegant, with an echo of white pepper. Anne Krebiehl MW
