Écluse 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon (Paso Robles)

Concentrated and thick aromas of chocolate fudge and candied Concord grape make for a very rich expression on the nose of this bottling. The palate is also rich and powerful with thick flavors of black cherry, cassis, roasted fennel and a hint of cocoa. Matt Kettmann
