This block-designated bottling shows how serious Pinot Gris can be, starting with aromas of riverstone, grapefruit peel, underripe stone fruit and seashore. The palate is very grippy in texture, as leather-like tannins frame lime balm and engaging white-fruit flavors. Matt Kettmann
