Herbs, pepper, cedar and smoked sausage on the nose and palate give this Cabernet a rustic, inviting character. Flavors are delivered in a mouthfilling, layered way on the tongue, with lots of spice and cedar in the finish. Good minerality and balance mean it's not overpowering for food.
