Eight Bells 2018 Southern Voyage Red (Yakima Valley)

Editors' Choice

The inaugural vintage of this wine is a blend of two of the most esteemed vineyards in Yakima Valley: Red Willow and Boushey; it's made of 39% Grenache, 17% Cinsault, 14% Syrah, 13% Counoise, 13% Marsanne and 4% Mourvèdre. Aromas of raspberry, strawberry and herbs lead to plump, delicate graceful red fruit flavors. It's a very pretty expression of the valley and vintage. Sean P. Sullivan
