Eight Bells 2020 Boushey Vineyard Chardonnay (Yakima Valley)

Editors' Choice

With this blend of four cofermented clones, the aromas are exuberant, with notes of pear, yellow apple, star fruit, peach and the underside of a pineapple. Piercingly pure fruit flavors follow, rich in feel but remarkably deft, with a pleasing blast of acidity on the finish. It's a compelling look at this variety unadorned by copious amounts of oak.
