This red from the winery's Bonarda single vineyard series comes from low-altitude vineyards planted at 650 feet in San Martin, located in Mendoza's warmer eastern region. The nose reveals hints of smoke blended with cherry and plum. A firm palate delivers savory notes of rosemary, ripe red fruit and hints of tobacco. It has just enough acidity to lift the flavors and freshen the finish. Jesica Vargas
