Elizabeth Chambers 2018 Fairsing Vineyard Pinot Noir (Yamhill-Carlton)

This single-vineyard selection has a pleasing dustiness to the aromas. Black fruits grab your attention, with layered details following. Fig chutney comes to mind, along with powdered lemon rind and a dusting of cocoa. All in all, this is a fascinating bottle that should appeal to more adventurous palates. Paul Gregutt
