Elk Cove 2004 Riesling (Willamette Valley)

Oregon Riesling can be as complex and textural as any made in America. When it's done right, as this is, it is the sort of sappy, appley, pleasure-loaded wine that you won't be able to resist. Nice hints of citrus and pear add complexity. Paul Gregutt
