Elton is a new label under the Willamette Valley Vineyards umbrella, though the vineyard has been a favored designate for the past decade. This latest release offers pretty scents of red fruits. Along with those flavors come some bitter stem components, and a whiff of compost. The tannins at this age remain stiff and hard.
