Emile Beyer 2016 Eguisheim Pinot Gris (Alsace)

Ripe, honeyed pear notes on the nose lead onto a palate rich with fruit that is still dry. Lemony briskness frames the rich fruit notes on a concentrated, vivid body. Pear and lemon play off each other all the way on the long, dry finish. Anne Krebiehl MW
