Emile Beyer NV Rosé Brut Pinot Noir (Crémant d'Alsace)

A subdued nose holds hints of pink grapefruit and rose hip tisane. The palate comes in with fizzing, almost urgent freshness, carrying more hints of dried rose hip and a ripe but bright, enlivening freshness. The dry finish gets ever more lemony and is totally moreish. Anne Krebiehl MW
