Emile Beyer NV Rosé Brut Pinot Noir (Crémant d'Alsace)

Reduction still overlays the aromas of this wine with smoky flintiness. The palate, however, is fresh and full-fruitied with apple. There is substance to the rounded midpalate while the foam is smooth and creamy, with flintiness still giving a little edge. The finish is dry and smooth. Anne Krebiehl MW
