This exotic Cabernet Sauvignon, which is aged entirely in new French oak, needs time to develop. A savory edge of forest floor and cranberry drive the palate, while notes of pencil shavings, cedar and garrigue add depth. The palate is lifted in acidity, with tightly gripped tannins on the finish. Cellar through 2019.
