Blended from 75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Sémillon and aged in a portion of new French oak, this dessert wine is rich and sweet, imparting a raisiny, brioche-like personality atop soft, seductive layers of ripe mouthfeel. This would pair well with pungent blue cheeses.
