Eola Hills 2016 Pinot Noir Rosé Sparkling (Willamette Valley)

Eola Hills scores again with this toasty, potent, vintage-dated brut bubbly. It's a pretty rose-copper color, rich with cherry fruit, and finishes bone-dry, with a pleasing gamy note. The grapes were picked at low brix specifically for this sparkler, made in the traditional Champagne method. Paul Gregutt
