Errazuriz continues to work on its Don Max prestige wine, and while this version has fine feel, weight and ripeness, there are some slight stewy notes and a lot of oak-based spice flavors that don't quite ring this taster's bell. Expect notes of molasses, tobacco and clove as you delve into this layered, rather uncommon Cabernet-based blend.
